Everyone can sing!
Whether you're preparing for an audition or a big performance, looking to strengthen your technique, or just want to enjoy singing more, voice lessons are tailored to you! Your goals are my goals!
For me, the most fulfilling part of vocal coaching is getting to be a part of something greater than myself. There is nothing like helping a student, providing tools to explore their voice, and witnessing the success that they find within their own voice and ability. It is an honor to be a part of that journey.
What to expect:
- Supportive, no judgement place to experiment and explore your voice
- Techniques to help you develop better vocal practices across styles
- An emphasis on musical storytelling and expression
- A cross-training approach that uses contemporary and classical tools
Styles to work with:
- Musical Theatre
- Opera
- Jazz
- Pop
- Country
- In between styles that don't quite fit in a box!
Lesson Format:
- Available virtually or in person (Oakland area)
- Open to all ages and experience levels
- Tailored pacing and repertoire based on your needs
- Open to individual goals or goals we create together
With 16 years of performance experience and advanced degrees in both opera and in musical theatre, I bring a well-rounded, versatile approach to vocal instruction. My training and experience allow me to support singers at all levels in a variety of styles. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. I am always happy to talk!
